Can Africa Claim the 21st Century?

This question was a book,I just got my hand on recently,I was like frustrated and disappointed as the instance of this great book, a great work of the World Bank and ECA and the African people, It was a great thing that we read this type of articles to enable us see reason with the people of Africa and the level of progresses and challenges and also know that Africa despite the laziness and the slow growth, will conquer the 21st century and beat people who has been first and Nigeria is making waves in this direction and I believe other African countries are not sleeping.

With the MDGs at our door step, I will like and hope to see a future that is bright, though I am quite very optimistic about Africa and Nigeria, I know we will win the fight for emancipation and will make it to the top soon. For Nigeria it is 20 - 2020, a plan to be the world top 20 in economis development by year 2020, for South Africa and Egypt and Algeria and others,it is now a time to wake up and embrace development to the highest corridor. A welcomed development for our race and the rest of the world!
