The Miracle of participation and commitment!

The Fact of transcendence is a common feature in man's existential reality.There exist always that burning desire of purpose in man to move to better positions in every facet of life and socialize with his fellow man.Man,whereever he is found is and will ever remain a social as well as a political animal.Yes,he may need to become everything except social/political for such is an ontological given.

No one enjoys seculsion.Restriction is always a punishment that is why the prison yard or police cells serve as correctivemeasures to criminals.Freedomis awonderful thing but uncontrlled liberty leaves man destructive and at high risk.The understanding that people who usually get the most outof life are those who are prepared,committed to roll with the punches at all cost,have churned at ita wake a lot of existentially good,undoubtable and potential and pragmatic and miraclous outcomes roll down with participation with goes in parallel with commitment.
Participation without commitment is like faith without seriousness.An uninteruppted thought and strong belief get a problem half solved.When we believe I can do it,then how to do it develops.If you believe that it is possible to reach at the top,soon you will discover the stepsthat leads to great heights.This belief is demonstrated through your behaviour and participation which would rise far more above the average participant or person.
Product of strong belief is self-confidence viacommitment that leads to self-realization and successful achievement.Commitment while participating in programmes or projects triggers the mind to figuring out ways and means and how to.
Committed hearts attracts people to themselves and invites people to assist you.The people whom your belief attracts would place thier confidence in you because they preceive vividly the light,which your belief radiates and it is natural for people to follow anyone who is confident in the way he travels and does things.Participation strengthens courage,interest,enthusiasm and finally commitment to duty and success in ones any undertaking while a sense of inferiority and inadequacy interferes with the attainment of your hopes.
Man been a product of his own thoughts and beliefs try to make progress in any activity he or she finds themselves involved.Try to observe any person who is gradually progressing you will notice that they are committed and possesses strong belief in their own special ways,believing that their thoughts are realizable and implementable too.He handles every function in his both samll and great carefulness.Infact,he is always pains-takingly handling himself and everything he does,having in mind to get at the end successful tales.Therefore adjusting his character,altitudes,thoughts,opinions and viewpoints,not lefting or forgetting his desire towards succeeding in life.
Participatory and committed individuals strongly believe that it is possible,the powers of thinking and great attention towards everything worth it.While you participate you will discover that many of our problems are very easy to solve and that honesty,sincerity,healthy human relationship,self-resct and respect for others and hards work are the oil that lubricates our path to success.It teaches us never to accept defeat,never to entertain helpless thoughts at any situation we encounter and always to make good use of any opportunity and convert them into rewards and success.
The door of success is always open,it is a matter of choice and wish.Those who enter into it are no super men.You need not require a super-intellect or special opportunity to participate and make a difference in this life.Mere being alive till this particular moment is enough opportunity given to you to create an outstanding record and write your name in gold in the world history book.People who record their names hereb did so by following conscientiously and continously a plan for action for self-development,humanity development and also are committed participants.
As a first step towards planning your success;read or abserve the attitudes and characters of the people who really and genuinely made it in thier various fields of vocation and in life.How they managed themselves,how they overcome obstacles,how they earned respect for others and what set them apart or distinguished them from the ordinary fellow.
These are no extra-ordinary men nor are they entrusted with special attributes or opportunities,rather they are men who handled ordinaty things extraordinarily,who meet obstacles and handled them with gentleness,turned failures into success.loss into profits,disappointments into model method of reaching to the top and participation in implementation.They are the doers.
Very strong self-confidence in the midst of obstacles at the end attracts reward of admiration from your friends and associates,the reward of feeling useful of being somebody,of social status,of increase in income and of higher standard of living.Participation without commitment is like faith without work.Believe,decide to make it,decree to participate and be committed and you will start thinking fast and constructively.Your mind will create a way if you let it happen even in the midst of confusion,when everyone else seems against you just forge ahead,even when you have no money and the voice of everyone are coming against you,just never lose hope,believe stronly your mind and believe all is not lost.In truth,there is no one best way of doing any thinf that leads to success.Rather,there aer as many best ways as there are creative minds.
Finally,whether we are thinking of an individual,an orgainsation,a society or a nation once there is purposeful commitment in any of our endevour great success is at stake and there will definitely be a way.Be a strong,self-confident and committed participant.Those who accuse or mock you yesterday will sing you praise tomorrow.
Never doubt that a group of some committed citizens can do something to effect a difference in this our society,indeed that is the only thing that ever has....and this is the miracles of participation.No doubt with these,success shall be yours eventually.

THE CULTURE OF CONSUMERISM IN AFRICA.

The fear and major concern on the ground today is not much about the carefully calculated effort of the westerners to perpetually subjugate and frustrate all the efforts of African countries and people to stand on their two feet. What makes the future look bleak is the despair that spells itself out in the actions of almost every person in the land. It does seem that we have accepted as true ,the western opinion and definition of African man – As one that has no soul and cannot rationalize.We have been considered virtual consumers and we have proved them right.

From the way things move now, one can say, without fear of contradition, that both the government and the people are comfortable with the status quo in our land.We have accepted to remain at the level of exporting raw materials and afterwards bring them back in another form for use.

Actually,it was the colonial masters who put us into this condition,but we can say no to it.When we redefine our identity and sought our heritage.This culture of consumerism can be destroyed.Now is the time for us to evolve a government that will suit our peculiar social and cultural milieu.

There cannot be authentic develoment and growth in Africa if we African do notaspire to be self-reliant.Let us know that if you want anything done well,you should do it yourself.Lets us rise up for Africa.
