Nigeria Any Light in the Tunnel???

Nigeria Oh! my country. It has been the truth that many unwelcoming factors could make a nation miss the track of her destination and be in tears.

Nigeria has had a series of blows done to her by her children manifested in the leaders since her independence 44 years ago as a nation.

A close look at the scheme of things will tell you the fact that Nigeria has become almost if not synonymous with corruption.

Taking a critical and vivid look at the scope pf things happening in our country now you will agree with me thatour social life is smelling such that it has been threatened and uprooted from its foundation.

Our economic struggle is rancid, our political as well as administrative departments are ozoning out stinking odour and the odour from our religious life in all its ramification is shocking and terrible, our educational altitude and life is terribly in a confused state, our cultural patrimony is totally in a mess, our cultural life is contaminated.our defense and security system have become political grounds and crazy politicians.Patrotism has become a thing of te past.

Our medical industry is none theless infected with dangerous virus such that the state of Nigerian hospital nowadays has become something unimaginable not only that it has become a tombstone of unborn and helpless babies, the healthcare ahs as well digenerated to the worstest worst.

Drugs are now is called a thing for the previleged because of it skyrocking cost. The money realised continually from our oil sector of our national economy has not been judiciously utilised irrespective of the abundance of God given mineral and natural resources, yet we have scarcity of oil in abundance.

Nigeria has became a nation inscarcity in the pool of abundance and plenty.

This echelon of woes and mishaps erupted me to ask"how is i going to be possible for a successful radical change?"While reflecting on thie ills of the Nigerian society,I came up with a reflecting, ever touching and never exapire question to Nigerians"Nigeria,Is there any light in the tunnel?A question that should in no doubt agitate and motivate, inspire our minds to challenges to reclaim our possession in this country amicable.

Verily I tell you, anyone who has been consistently following the trend of events and programmes inNigeria since herindependence in 1960 about 44 years ago could inevitably see the historical and hermeneutical necessity of a revolutionary approach to her modus operandi and modus vivendi.

The sine qua non for a total reformation of her political and sopcio-economic problems.

But how could we realise a possitive practical answer to the afore mentioned tasking central question. There is still promising light of hope and progress in the tunnel which could be actualized when we sincerely and practically say well, think well, act well and say a prompt no to coruption.

Nigeria would be better is a challenge.Let take up the challenge.

Thank you
